*Unfortunately, we do not participate with OHP, we do offer all non-covered procedures at our cash price.

Appointment Scheduling and Financial policy

  • Per our financial policy, full payments for services are due at the time service. We accept cash, checks and most credit cards. We will be happy to process your insurance claim for you.
  • 48 hours prior to appointment ,we need your full name, insurance id and new patient paperwork completed to be able to get full insurance information and give you best insurance estimates.
  • Appointments missed or cancelled without adequate notice are charged per our financial policy.
  • If you have insurance, please be prepared to pay your portion of the fee on the day of service.
  • Patients under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by their legal guardians or parent.

Membership Plan/Affordable Discount

For those who qualify, we offer a very affordable and a simple, straight-forward annual discount plan, both for Individuals or Families:

Per person this includes 2 exams with upto 4 X-rays each visit (does not include new patient comprehensive exam and X-rays, CAN combine with new patient special)

  • All  dental procedures are heavily discounted.
  • The discounted membership allows full access to all dental care with:
    • a. no non-covered benefits
    • b. no deductibles
    • c. no waiting period
    • d. no monthly premiums
